Astilbe x arendsii 'Grande' - Astilbe

Astilbe 'Grande' - Hardy perennial. Wonderful airy plumes of softly coloured flowers rise over dense clumps of attractive mid green foliage. Stunning planted in drifts or small groups in the mixed border. Also excellent as a cut flower. Grows to a height of 32in. (80cm) and a spread of 25in. (63cm). Blooms begin in midsummer and continue until fall. Best in shade. Hardy in zones 5-9.
